Mancomm ships to virtually any address worldwide using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and LTL freight services. International shipping is available to most destinations where these carriers operate. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and depend on product availability, your selected shipping method, and carrier timelines. Expedited and overnight options are available when supported by the carrier. Shipping costs are weight-based, and all weights are rounded up to the next full pound in line with carrier policies. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email so you can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

Returns

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided you obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team before sending items back. Digital or downloadable products are not eligible for return or refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged and approved by our support team. This policy does not apply to Bookstore customers or customized products, which may have their own specific terms and conditions.
