Physical Books

Return Window

Physical books may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Books must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition

• Original packaging must be intact

• Proof of purchase is required

Books that show signs of use, damage, or wear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected

Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Mancomm (e.g., damaged or incorrect item)

Training Products (Live or Online)

All Sales Final

All training products—including live training, virtual training, and on-demand training—are non-refundable once purchased.

Because training products involve reserved seats, instructor time, or immediate access to digital materials, returns and refunds are not offered.

Cancellations

• Cancellation stops future access or attendance but does not result in a refund

• Failure to attend a scheduled training does not qualify for a refund

Any exceptions, credits, or substitutions are granted solely at Mancomm’s discretion.
