Shipping Information
Mancomm ships to most addresses worldwide using trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, and LTL freight services. International shipping is available to many destinations where these carriers operate.
Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout and are based on product availability, selected shipping method, and carrier timelines. Expedited and overnight shipping options may be available depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. All product weights are rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with carrier requirements.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Customers can track shipments directly through the carrier’s website.
Returns & Refunds
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Mancomm’s support team prior to returning any items.
Digital or downloadable products are not eligible for return or refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless alternative arrangements are approved by Mancomm support. Refunds are processed within up to two business days after the returned item is received.
This policy does not apply to Bookstore customers or customized products, which may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
