Founded in 1996 by Benjamin W. Mangan, Mancomm has spent nearly three decades supporting businesses, educators, and professionals with tools that simplify OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other regulatory standards.

A History of Regulatory Innovation

• 1996: Published our first Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) titles, introducing clearer formatting to improve access to compliance information.
• 2000s: Expanded into digital delivery formats, including CD-ROMs and early online platforms.
• 2010s: Launched RegLogic®, our proprietary formatting system designed to improve the readability of complex regulatory text.
• 2015–Present: Evolved into a full-service compliance partner, offering training systems, customizable safety manuals, and digital compliance tools.
