Returns
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided you obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team before sending items back. Digital or downloadable products are not eligible for return or refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged and approved by our support team.
